What is Elsewhere?
Elsewhere is a curated edit of products worth bringing home from around the world. Each drop focuses on a destination and the finds we think are genuinely worth knowing about.
How does DROP 001 work?
DROP 001 is our USA edit. Place your order during the pre-order window and we’ll source your items in Atlanta before bringing them home to the UK and sending them straight to you.
When will I receive my order?
DROP 001 products are pre-order items, so they won’t be dispatched immediately. We’ll keep you updated throughout the sourcing process and let you know once your order is on its way. Once dispatched, standard UK delivery is approximately 3–5 business days.
Can I request something that isn’t in the drop?
Yes. That’s what Request a Find is for. Send us the product you’re looking for and we’ll check its availability, price and whether we’re able to bring it home. Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee we’ll be able to source the item.
What happens if you can’t source something I ordered?
If we’re unable to source an item you’ve paid for, you’ll receive a refund for that item.
Are the products authentic?
Yes. Products are sourced from established retailers and stores at the destination rather than anonymous third-party marketplace sellers.
Can I return my order?
Yes, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. You can find the full details in the links at the bottom of the website.
Where does Elsewhere ship?
For DROP 001, we’re currently shipping within the UK.
Will there be more drops?
Absolutely. The USA is only our first stop. Future Elsewhere drops will take us somewhere new.
