Shipping Policy

DROP 001 — USA is a pre-order drop.

Products included in DROP 001 are not currently held in UK stock. Once the pre-order period closes, your items will be personally sourced in the USA and brought back to the UK before being dispatched to you.

Sourcing & dispatch

We aim to source all DROP 001 orders during our scheduled USA sourcing period. As our products are sourced individually and availability can change, we cannot guarantee that every item will be available at the time of sourcing.

If we are unable to source an item you have ordered, you will receive a full refund for that item to your original payment method. We will never substitute an item without your agreement.

Once your order has arrived with Elsewhere in the UK, it will be checked, packed and prepared for dispatch. You will receive a dispatch confirmation when your order is on its way.

UK delivery

UK delivery is charged separately at checkout and is calculated according to your order.

Delivery estimates shown after dispatch apply from the date your parcel is handed to the delivery carrier. They do not include the pre-order and sourcing period.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at shopelsewhereuk@gmail.com.

Multiple-item orders

If your order contains multiple pre-order items, we will normally dispatch your order together once all successfully sourced items are ready. If an item cannot be sourced, we will refund that item and fulfil the remainder of your order.

Delays

As DROP 001 involves international sourcing and travel, circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect expected timings. If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you with an update.
